well, tommorrow 21KM half marathon flag off at 6.30am
i need to sleep early tonight
coz i have race for tommorrow
standard chattred marathon 2009 one day to gooooo
I have been training myself for the past 10 month
I hope tommorrow I can aim for my target timing 2 hrs finish my race
But Joseph tell me, is impossible wa.
