How come international airport the electroboard can be SPOIL?

cause the electroboad doesn't work
all the passenger --CONFUSED--
everyone likes no ideas where is their baggages

this electroboad is working but USELESS

baggages from phnom penh , all the passenger already take their baggages as well

and they already back home

the board sigh still haven't change yet

I from Singapore to KL NOT from Phnom penh

my flight number is AK128 NOT AK0853

I got my Baggages as well
